Yucaipa Valley Animal Placement Society (YAPS) is a no-kill, nonprofit animal rescue that strives to prevent the euthanasia of dogs and cats in shelters throughout the region by providing them with a temporary safe haven until a permanent, loving home can be found.
YAPS provides free vaccines for dogs and cats in the community, spay and neuter vouchers, and low-cost microchips. We accept volunteers of all ages, group tours, and host educational events throughout the year.
